There will be a total of 5 events. These events will be spread out through the entire year.

1st event: February OC 2009 (Won by Brazen, against miNt. Final score: 13 - 7, 13 - 4).
2nd event: May OC 2009
3rd event: July OC 2009
4th event: October OC 2009
Final event: December OC 2009

The All 5 events will follow the same format.

The last event (the 5th one) will work a little differently. Your clan will only be allowed to enter if you have played at (minimum) any two of the previous four events. The finals for this event will be played on rigs provided by Frontosa. Clans must be wearing matching 'team' clothing for the final. R10 000 worth of prizes will be at stake!

Full 24 round matches must be played.

Placings in each tournament will be based on your progress on the knockout ladder (You will be given 1 point per game you win, 0 if you lose) AND round-difference during games. i.e. your team played two games and the scores where 15 - 9 and 11 - 13, therefore your round-difference is 4 (+ 6 - 2). Forfeits will be treated as 13 - 0 (+13 round difference).

This information is used for seeding purposes and will be displayed on our website.

Game Mode: Search and Destroy.

Mod: Promod 4.31 with Punkbuster - so guys, this is it. Promod will be 100% running on our servers, please make sure your Punkbuster is up-to-date. The tournament will not be held up because our Punkbuster keeps kicking you.

Maps: Choice of map will determined by a coin toss and then elimination of maps. Maps to eliminate are as follows - Backlot, Crash, Crossfire, District and Strike.
Sides will be chosen by the captain who lost the coin toss.

The OGA constitution is currently being moderated and changed following our meeting on the 4th of March.

As it stands, the OGA membership fee is R75 per person, per fiscal year (OGA's fiscal year ends at the end of February, begins March).

It is R25 per persion, per event (eg. to enter every event in this series would cost a total of R125 per person (including the final event))

Just as a side note, you must be a participant of the OC LAN and an OGA member to be able to enter any of the 5 events.

Schedule per Event
Registration for the competition will begin on Friday night at 22:00 and end on Saturday morning at 10:00. This is the cut-off time. No clans will be allowed to register after this time.

The comp will begin promptly on Saturday morning at 11:00.
