How to Book

You can now pay for your spot before the LAN to ensure your seat is booked! To do so, simply follow these two easy steps:

Step 1: Make a deposit or do an EFT into our account. Our details listed below:

  • Account name: Scarlet Dawn
  • Account number: 62186439199
  • Account type: Cheque
  • Bank: First National Bank
  • Branch: Table View, Cape Town

  • Reference: Your first and last name
  • Amount for Cape Town: R150 (R120 until the Tuesday BEFORE the LAN)

Step 2: Use the form to the right with the reference you gave in step 1, along with the seats you'd like. If you're bringing friends who have never been to OC before, please also provide the following details for them:

  • Nickname
  • First and last names
  • Date of birth
  • Next of kin contact number
  • Their email address [If possible]
  • Their cellphone number [If possible]

Parking

You can now also pay for your parking spot before the LAN to ensure a space for your car! You should do this along with your OC Booking! To do so, simply follow these two easy steps:

Step 1: Make a deposit or do an EFT into our account. Our details are listed above. Parking is R50 per spot

Step 2: Use the form below with the reference you gave in step 1, along with the number of parking spots you'd like. Please also provide the following details for the vehicle(s):

  • Drivers name (eg. Gordon Freeman)
  • Car registration number (eg. CA123456)
  • Car desciption (eg. White Opel Bakkie)

OC Debit Order

Want us to do all the work for you when booking?

The process is quick and easy. Here’s what to do :

  1. Get a bank account and make sure it has money in it.
  2. Complete our attached debit form (located below) with all of the correct details
  3. Send us the form electronically so we can load you onto the system.
  4. In future when you want to book, simply email us your intention to attend (the usual details of First, Last and Nickname and seat number still apply)
  5. Indicate in your email address that you want “debit order” (assuming you have either attached the new form, or have previously submitted it)
  6. There after, we will debit your account once-off for the booking the next Tuesday.
  7. Debits will be done every Tuesday leading up to the next event.

FAQ:

  • You only need to sign this form once.
  • Make sure we get a copy of the original
  • This payment method can be used for bulk bookings( just make sure your buddies pay you, and you have enough money in that account )
  • This payment method can be used for purchasing any other goods on the OC website ( for collection at OC )

Please take note of the following:

  1. Cut-off time for prepayment is the Tuesday before the LAN. There are no cancellations, we will NOT grant any refunds.
  2. Bookings are ONLY VALID with payment, DO NOT contact us and ask if you can book and pay at the door. That is called a reservation, and we do not take reservations.
  3. Bookings are ONLY VALID if your payment reflects in our bank account. We give a payment cutoff time BECAUSE EFTS are not instantanious. We work according to OUR bank statement, and NOT YOUR PROOF of payment. Our last bank statement is collected on Thursday night, so admittance is granted PURELY on having paid within our prescribed time. The only way around this is to deposit money AT FNB by Thursday.
  4. It is not necessary to attach proof of payment to the email. The reference is good enough. We will only need the proof of payment if a discrepancy arises
  5. While we can't guarantee that you'll get the exact seats requested, we'll try our best to get you as close as possible.
  6. Bookings may NOT be carried over to the next or following events.
  7. In the event that we recieve less that 350 bookings by THURSDAY before the LAN, only 600 seats will be made avalible. All participants that have booked seats ranging from 601 to 840 will be moved to available seats within the 600 limit on the day of the event. Booked participants are guarenteed seats.
