Hello Fellow lanners,

As I’m sure as some of you may have noticed, and for those who didn't, the OC techie crew has gotten two additional players. Myself your friendly neighbourhood coloured guy "RageMother" and the giant amongst men called "Kowkemon". This means more people to help you stay you connected to the LAN.

We the techie crew are willing to help our fellow lanners with any reasonable techie requests, such as the common broken OCDC, network problems and maybe a hardware issue or two, to name but a few. Also you guys and gals have to keep in mind we are here to fix the chaos and ensure that OC runs smoothly, NOT to fix your entire broken pc.

Techies are lanners too, so if you spot us in a game, don't be afraid to ask for support, even if it’s a dota. Thanks to Supy (one of our developers) we have an awesome tech call logging system. It allows us to record your seat number and your technical problem, thus allowing us to return to our game while the techie on duty or next available one tends to your call ASAP.

We've also got easy to understand "newfriend" guides/walkthrough (created by rulerofiron99) to help assist your OCDC and IP setup. Which we allow you to borrow in exchange for either a cell phone or R20 deposit. (Kept in our possession until the return of the "newfriend" guide)

Remember; feel free to ask myself or any of the other techies for assistance at the LAN.
