December Arrival Times and Parking

It seems our most recent e-mailer has created a bit of a confusion with regards to the arrival time situation. Here are the full details of our plans:
Setup of the LAN
OC Crew will be at the Velodrome on Thursday night setting up the event. We aim to have the entire event cabled-'n'-tabled, switched and sorted by the end of the evening. Friday morning we should open the queue nice and early.
Arrival times for you the LANNER, our Chaos Gamers
So the e-mailer said 12PM. By that we mean MIDDAY on FRIDAY the 9th of December. 12 MIDDAY! As I said above we aim to be setup and ready by Friday morning. Just between you and me, we might open the queues even earlier, to keep waiting times down. However as usual, this will only be if we are ready. It's no fun letting you guys in if we aren't ready yet!!!
Drop and GO
The entire upstairs VIP Parking area will be STRICTLY STOP AND GO until Friday 22:00 (10 PM THAT EVENING). All of our VIP Parkers will then be allowed to move up into the parking area and enjoy the benefit of their nearby parking area.
The Drop and GO area(3) will be able to accommodate 25 cars at a time. We will then demarcate "loading bays(4)" in that open area next to the upstairs parking, and people travelling together will be able to offload their items into this area and will then be given a numbered token. Only a person with a numbered token will be allowed to remove their Items from the numbered loading bay and this area will be watched by one of the parking marshalls.
Parking marshalls will be manning the downstairs boom(1), the upstairs boom(2), the parking area(3) as well as the loading area(4).
Please note no cars may park on the hill. Marshalls will only allow 25 cars to drop-and-go at a time and drivers will not be permitted to leave their vehicles. Any cars without a driver will be towed and charged by the towing company.
