The reason "Ti" as a designation has a bad reputation amongst experienced IT people is because the designation used to be used on lower end/downspecced cards in earlier Geforce generation cards. However, because companies like Nvidia, AMD/Ati/Intel all have ridiculous naming conventions, they decided to re-use the old designation for the GTX560Ti as a second/special edition of the card.

TL;DR: Ti cards are no longer crap, and are better than the standard version of the card. The GTX560Ti is a great price/performance choice right now.

As I understand it, the new venue can only take about 500 people, which a larger venue for the busier months that should be able to take about 1000 or so.
Of course, this is all on speculation, and from what I've read so far. They're being very secretive about this. Still, yes, March is the last time we will ever rock the Belville Velodrome.
