SMOKING : No smoking inside any of the venues. Our rule is if you cannot see sky, then you cannot smoke there!
DRUGS : No use or possession of illegal drugs or substances allowed
WEAPONS : No use or possession of any type of weapon allowed
PIRACY : Organised Chaos does not support piracy, If you like it, BUY IT!
PORNOGRAPHY : No public demonstration of pornography or any other unsuitable material, this includes Anime, Manga, Hentai or content that may be considered vulgar or risque.
TENTS : Tents are only permitted for over 25's
CHEATING : No cheating. This includes the use of scripts, trainers, hacks or wall scripts. No abuse of flaws in a game will be tolerated.This includes using defective graphics card drivers. Cheating is defined as "using any means to gain an un-competitive or un-fair advantage over the other players"
HACKING : No hacking. As this is a broad term, it is defined as "gaining unauthorised entry of any person into another persons physical or virtual property(i.e., Their computer )." No use of any malicious programs or port scanners will be tolerated.
VIRUSES : Your PC should be virus free before attending the LAN. Should you be unsure we will provide you with trial versions of popular Anti-Virus Software to assist you.
ONLINE BOOKINGS : When booking for an event, you acknowledge the online attendance fees may attract a subsidy from time to time, and this subsidy is only valid if PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY THE CUTOFF TIME as specified. It is the payer's responsibility to ensure that a timely payment is made to our bank account.
LIABILITY : The hosts and organisers will not be held for any loss of any kind resulting from the attendance of an OC event.
SOFTWARE : All Software that is within the attendee's possession is their SOLE responsiblity. OC takes full responsibility for the software running on its OWN SERVERS, but not the attendees.
NETWORK : The network provisioned by OC to run its event is provided for the sole reason of connecting the attendees PCs to each other to facilitate gaming. OC has no responsibility over the content that flows over the network
POWER : The power infrastructure provisioned by OC to run its event is built according to SABS standards and all outlets/sockets are EARTH PROTECTED. Standard 220 Volts at 60Hz power is provided.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION : Right of admission to any OC event is reserved at all times.
ATTENDANCE FEE : Prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.
CHANGE : These rules are subject to change at any time.
AGREEMENT : By attending an OC event you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
